The Case for the 20-Year-Old Age Limit in the NBA

Some hits and misses in this piece from Steve Kerr, a guy who brings the perspective of player, executive and broadcaster.

The most interesting is in regards to Garnett and Bryant and the contrast with Howard and James.

Garnett and Bryant both came into the league as curiosities with little expected or asked of them as rookies. After they blazed the trail, expectations were raised for guys like Howard and James, for better or for worse.
